Accounts and authority
You must have authority to enter this agreement and are responsible for accounts, member permissions, API keys, and activity under them. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Service and changes
We provide model aggregation, routing, metering, and related workflows. Upstream model capabilities, prices, and availability may change; we will give notice of material impact where practicable. Preview features may not carry production SLAs.
Content and responsibility
You retain rights in Customer Content and grant us limited rights needed to provide the service. You are responsible for lawful content, instructions, outputs, and compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and upstream restrictions.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend service for security risks, unlawful use, non-payment, or material platform impact. Either party may terminate as agreed; remaining credits and data are handled under the Billing and Privacy Policies.
