What we collect
We collect account and contact details, authentication and security logs, billing and transaction identifiers, device and website usage data, and information sent to support. Model requests are Customer Content and are processed only to deliver the service, protect it, and follow customer settings.
Why we process it
We process data to perform our contract, operate and improve the service, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and—with consent—send product updates. We do not sell personal information or train general-purpose models on Customer Content.
Sharing, transfers, and retention
We share data only with processors needed for cloud, payment, support, security, and model inference. Cross-border processing may occur under applicable contractual and security safeguards. We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes and legal obligations.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal information, and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact privacy@titarouter.com. Some data may be retained temporarily for security, disputes, or legal obligations.
