Roles and instructions
The customer is controller or processor; TitaRouter acts as processor or subprocessor and processes personal data only under the agreement, product settings, and lawful written instructions.
Security and assistance
We apply risk-appropriate technical and organizational measures, restrict workforce access, and assist with data-subject requests, impact assessments, regulatory consultation, and reportable incident notice.
Subprocessing and deletion
We may use listed subprocessors under equivalent obligations. At the end of service, we delete or return personal data at the customer’s choice unless retention is legally required. Contact privacy@titarouter.com for an executed copy.
