Subscriptions and credits
SaaS subscriptions cover control-plane capabilities and future workspace software. Model credits are consumed separately. Credits per request are based on upstream cost, the applicable conversion factor, and request parameters; current rates are shown before billing.
Top-ups and balances
A top-up creates a payment order and opens checkout with the active payment provider. Balance is added after payment confirmation. Used credits are non-refundable except where required by law; treatment of unused balance follows the terms shown at purchase.
Failures, reversals, and disputes
Requests not accepted upstream are generally not charged for model usage; interrupted requests that generated inference or output may be charged. Report duplicate or incorrect charges within 30 days with the order and trace IDs. Refunds return to the original method and may reverse credits.
